This NPR segment is too good not to share. Here are 8 practices to incorporate into your life to reduce stress and boost your mood as we head toward the election, deal with the affects of climate change, and see too much harm to humanity via the news/social media.


I keep calling them practices because they aren't instant fixes or flipping a switch, but because each of these skills need to be intentionally threaded into your life to have the effects you desire.
